I graduated with my master’s degree from the NYU Silver School of Social Work in 2017. After working as a therapist in New York City for several years, I moved to Miami, Florida just a couple of months before the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020. I now work completely remotely via telehealth with Florida state residents.

As a therapist, you can expect me to be an active listener, with a direct, calm, transparent, and often humorous nature in our work together. I see therapy as an opportunity for me to support you in a collaborative process that allows you to develop insight and self awareness, foster change, and encourage growth.

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. Typically I work with adults, but I am open to working with adolescents in a family therapy setting.

I hope I am able to support you in identifying your existing strengths and resiliency, and help empower you in making changes and altering patterns that no longer serve you.
